  • Assessing high-risk elements of a home or potential home site utilizing building science and building biology principles and passive house design and construction considerations

  • Reviewing visual cues of building failures and conditions conducive to building failures

  • Identifying common building failures and what they can mean for your client’s health, wellbeing, and investment

  • Interactive format to provide the guidance you need to help your clients assess the risk and develop a plan to move forward or move on

After Training Support

After the training, we are available to partner with you to ensure your client is fully satisfied with a durable, functional, and beautiful home from the outside in (See “The Conscious Professional Collab”).

This add-on collaborative experience is available for a separate fee billed directly to the client and may be ideal for your clientele with specialized needs or considerations.
