MODULE 1: "Healthy Air Systems"
Presented by Brian Wright, founder of Crossway Mechanical LLC in Tomball, TX, is an HVAC expert with nearly 30 years of experience. Brian is a NATE Certified Technician, NCI member, and certified in air balancing, combustion analysis, duct optimization, system performance, and BPI blower door testing.

Presented by Shadrick Wall, the co-founder and COO of First Defense Insulation. He has worked and taught in the cellulose insulation industry since the mid 1990’s. He is an incredibly passionate team player and carries that same philosophy in his desire to grow small businesses. He brings persistence, experience, and a strong voice to the table when tackling issues. He is a dedicated father, husband, and friend.

Presented by Matt Brading, the founder and owner of Texas Edge Home Inspection, a professional home inspection company serving the Greater Houston area. Matt is a licensed professional inspector certified by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and the Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors (TAREI).

MODULE 5: "The Importance of Professional Mold Assessments"
Presented by Josh Rachal, Forensic Mold Assessor, Certified Master Inspector, Mold Assessment Consultant (TX), and Founder of Texas Mold Inspectors.
Josh’s passion for helping clients to correctly identify moisture and mold problems in their indoor environment, grew out of his own family's experience with hidden toxic mold.
Prior to becoming a state licensed Mold Assessment Consultant (MAC), Mold Assessor (MA) and Certified Master Inspector (CMI), Josh operated and owned his own remodeling and maintenance company managing projects for 21 Home Depot locations across the Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas regions, as well as, providing maintenance services for 4 major downtown restaurants in Austin. During such time Josh became a Lead Certified Firm (NAT-104603-1) and shortly afterwards became a Certified Contractor for the Texas Department of Transportation (TX DOT).
Josh’s extensive knowledge in building science, construction and building code compliance has helped him become one of the top experts in the field of mold assessments and at identifying construction defects in residential homes and commercial properties. His expertise and dedication have made him a trusted and credible voice in legal cases across the country. He has provided expert written and verbal testimony in dozens of depositions and six testimonies, resulting in substantial verdicts and settlements for his clients. -
MODULE 6: "Environmental Health: A Medical Perspective"
Presented by Paula Kruppstadt MD, DABP, FAAP, IFMCP, Founder, CEO, and Medical Provider Team Leader for Hope for Healing. She graduated in 1990 from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and completed her pediatric internship and residency at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso in 1993. She promptly earned her Board Certification from the American Board of Pediatrics in 1993, and she is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She served as a U.S. Army pediatrician at Ft. Hood, Texas and then relocated to The Woodlands, Texas in 1995. She has since worked as a general pediatrician in various venues, including Texas Children’s Pediatrics and Texas Children’s Urgent Care. Dr. Kruppstadt also served as a pediatric hospitalist and faculty for Baylor College of Medicine at St. Luke’s Hospital in The Woodlands, Texas.
Dr. Kruppstadt is a Certified Practitioner of Functional Medicine by The Institute for Functional Medicine—IFMCP. She is one of few board certified pediatricians in the world who are certified IFMCP.
Because she is an expert concerning PANS/PANDAS, Texas Governor Greg Abbott appointed her to be a member of the Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome Advisory Council. The Council advises the commission and the Texas legislature on research, diagnosis, treatment, and education related to pediatric acute-onset neuropsychiatric syndrome. Dr. Kruppstadt is the mother of four daughters, who have all worked at Hope for Healing, and she has two grandsons. She is married to Tom Kruppstadt JD, who serves as COO/CFO and General Counsel for Hope for Healing.
At Hope for Healing, Dr. Kruppstadt offers Functional & Regenerative Medicine consultations (all ages) and Functional Approach Pediatric Primary Care (newborn through 21 years).
Exam
After completing the online and in person curriculum, participants will complete an exam and achieve at least 80%.
Continual adherence to the CHH Realtor Code of Conduct is required.
